User Group Friss attracts many interested users

The user group Friss for non-life insurers was held on April 27 this year. In total delegates from 10 insurance companies attended the user group. There was discussion on different topics and experiences. Friss presented the roadmap with items such as the FISH delivery service, google maps integration, profiling, web-based, analytics, dashboards and reassessment. From Aegon the procedure regarding the monitoring of signals from Friss is explained. Each participant was aware that this is a crucial part of the overall process that requires adequate attention and quality. In addition, plays the ancient tension between the business and fraud. Even simple measures such as fraud meters in the department can be very effective. Finally, in two parallel sessions the participants provided input on functional requirements for the next release of the Friss Suite and wishes for interfaces to new data sources.
