ASR / Ditzo signs contract with Friss

On 19 May, Ronald van Lier (Ditzo) and Jeroen Morrenhof (Friss) in the presence of Paula Tewes put their signature.

Following a successful investigation, the ASR / Ditzo decided to deploy the Friss system in the underwriting process and claim handling for all private products. The goal is risk management and fraud prevention. The implementation is scheduled in June and provides a real-time interface with Friss for the underwriting of all private non life products of Ditzo. In the future, the use of Friss is also planned for the claim process and new products Ditzo.

Ditzo imposes a personal relationship with its customers. You can only do that if you take your customer really seriously. With Friss we can better make individual assessments. Thus we have our personal attention to our valued customers and targeted action against abusers. With this approach, customers will continue to distinguish Ditzo.

Friss offers a total solution for fraud and risk control. Advanced knowledge rules are combined with data from external sources. Besides knowledge rules Friss also uses data mining techniques and risk profiles. Their deployment increases the quality and predictability of scores. In this way not only fraud but also defaulters and "many claimers" are filtered. Friss also features extensive capabilities for automated detection, including functionality for the careful handling incidents.
