FRISS SUITE

The various Friss software products are further explained in this menu. The way in which the various parts are linked together is described here in brief before each part is discussed separately.

Friss Detection is alerted from the customer's own system. At that moment Friss Detection assesses which fraud indicators are relevant and retrieves these from the Friss Database. In order to derive these indicators data is obtained from internal sources (policy, relation, claim, etc.) and from relevant external sources using the Friss Data Interface. The derivation by Friss Detection leads to a risk score for the request / claim. This is always saved in the Fraud Database. The application Friss Settlement is used for investigating and building up a file. What the quality of the signalling was is also established during the investigation. This supplies important input used to steadily improve the detection rules. Friss Dashboard provides up to date insight in management, operational data (the number of signals, saving achieved, throughput time of an investigation, etc.) and analysis data (scoring level of an indicator per process/product/label, success level of signalling (combination of several indicators), feedback about indicators and signalling, hits per argument (measurement level) per period, etc.). Because it is established unequivocally in Friss Settlement whether or not there is a question of fraud it is possible to deploy Friss Data mining. New fraud profiles are generated on the basis of historical data using the data mining module. These new fraud profiles are added to the fraud knowledge bank using Friss Management, thus completing the ‘learning fraud circle’.
