MARKETS
Friss is geared to various markets. Each market is characterised by different risks and fraud indicators and different external sources are interfaced for these. We describe the most important markets and our vision of these in this menu. We distinguish between:
- - Insurers: non-life, life and income insurers
- - Health care: health care insurers, health care providers and service providers
- - Mortgages: mortgage banks, mortgage chains, purchasing cooperatives and service providers.
INSURANCES
The products and services that are provided by Friss within this market segment are aimed at non-life, life and income insurers.
HEALTH CARE
Friss has developed a vision and a method for application to the health care market which results in significantly more real cases of fraud and wrongfully paid claims being exposed.
MORTGAGES
Despite major efforts made by the mortgage companies to fight fraud it remains difficult to close the net properly. Checks carried out during the acceptance process, fraud awareness workshops and also most of the commonly used automated checks have been shown in practice not to protect against the risks sufficiently.
BROKERS
Multiple brokers can connect to the platform and use the Fraud Services to effective detect fraud at the underwriting and claim handling.
LEASING
Improve the profitability and risk profile of your lease portfolio by identifying high-risk administrators behind apparently reputable companies, using the Friss screening module. By assessing the administrators and individuals from all the operating companies involved in your application you will find the bad risks that hide behind the pretty statistics. We make sure that you do business with honest and reliable administrators.
MUNICIPALITIES
Municipalities (financial and professional) are responsible for implementing the Social Assistance Act (SAA). The aim of the (SAA) is to support employment integration by municipalities. Because of financial responsibility it is important that the influx is limited and the outflow is promoted. Municipalities do everything to prevent benefit from fraud and make appropriate use of signals including the Intelligence Bureau, and interfacing with internal databases in particular the GBA.
