MUNICIPALITIES

Municipalities (financial and professional) are responsible for implementing the Social Assistance Act (SAA). The aim of the (SAA) is to support employment integration by municipalities. Because of financial responsibility it is important that the influx is limited and the outflow is promoted. Municipalities do everything to prevent benefit from fraud and make appropriate use of signals including the Intelligence Bureau, and interfacing with internal databases in particular the GBA.

Recognize illegal benefits

The products and services that offer Friss to municipalities are aimed at early and timely detection of unauthorized benefits provided. Besides the above mentioned sources Friss adds additional interfaces to it including the Chamber of Commerce, relocation information, phone subscriptions, Google and eBay.

Based on these sources relationships are identified and compared in a way that the same phone numbers or bank account numbers are discovered or for instance that there appears to be a number of companies registred at the addresses of beneficiaries.

Tracing traceless debtors

Through the interfaces to the aforementioned databases Friss is also able to make a substantial contribution to the detection of traceless debtors for an improved collection of outstanding receivables.
