ABN AMRO Mortgage Group chooses Friss E-Learning to increase fraud awareness

ABN AMRO Mortgage Group will apply Friss E-Learning to increase her employees’ fraud awareness. During the last quarter of 2006, all employees from the Insurances department will be trained and tested to increase the number of traced fraud cases. Friss E-Learning is a web based learning environment with which employees can be trained in fraud awareness and the necessity of working towards better fraud control. Friss E-Learning has recently seen a new release, incorporating important contributions from Ben Hilberts (former liaison officer insurance fraud of Public Affairs) and Daan van Wijck (former fraud coordinator of insurance company Nationale Nederlanden). Friss E-Learning is a user-friendly and powerful learning environment. ABN AMRO Mortgage Group chose Friss E-Learning based on its, among others important features, easy accessible system via internet and its possibility to adapt the built-in awareness training to the own organisation easily. Moreover, FRISS E-Learning provides the opportunity to repeat training modules. Lastly, Friss E-Learning offers extensive reporting possibilities and progress reporting per employee.
