FRISS MANAGEMENT
The Friss management module is a web-based application. The most important function is that a functions manager/knowledge manager can maintain all indicators, measurements and decision tables as used by Friss Detection. One of the most powerful characteristics of the solutions provided by Friss Fraud Solutions is the simple way in which non-IT experts can adapt the knowledge rules and also add to these. The whole Friss software suite is constructed by knowledge engineers who know better than anyone the importance of having user-friendly software in particular for use by the business sections. The knowledge manager can change the measurement of an indicator in Friss Management very simply. Ways of doing this include:- adding new indicators, measurements and decision tables or changing existing ones, also drastically
- switching a topic, indicator or measurement on/off
- defining, changing or deleting preconditions for determining the relevance of topics, indicators and measurements
- changing a measurement by changing a decision table so that the score can be changed (score from 1 – 5)
- setting the weighting factor or a standard used by an indicator. These are continuously variable
- setting a threshold for the final decision as to whether a signal is to be cancelled and the argument that is to be given in the normal process.
