FRISS PLATFORM
The Friss Platform makes it possible for insurers to use the Friss Suite quickly. Friss Detection is provided online from the platform as check for risks (this is also known as “Software as a Service”). This means that the service can be called up at any time during the underwirting or claims process. The results (the fraud score including arguments and source data) is fed back to the requesting application in return.
Characteristics of this service are that:

The layout of the Friss Platform is based on the extensive set of Friss fraud indicators

Other modules (Case Management, Configuration Management and Dashboard) have a web-based access from the insurer to the Friss platform

Interfaces with various external sources are already in place from the platform, so that you do not have to invest in setting up these interfaces

Several different customers are connected to the Friss Platform; each has their own environment, and all data, knowledge rules, incident files, etc. are fully protected.
Separate agreements are made about the availability of the application whereby if desired this can be as high as 99.5%.
