SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE

The complete Friss Suite is also available as "Software as a Service". An important advantage of this is that the implementation of the Friss Suite is then even quicker and when used in this way it is also possible to work with scales.

Friss Fraud Platform 

The Friss Fraud Platform makes it possible for insurers to use the Friss Suite quickly. Friss Detection is provided online from the platform as test for fraud (this is also known as “Software as a Service”). This means that the service can be called up at any time during the acceptance or claims process. The results (the fraud score including arguments and source data) is fed back to the requesting application by return. Characteristics of this service are that:

• The layout of the Friss Fraud Platform is based on the extensive set of Friss fraud indicators
• Other modules (Settlement, Management and Dashboard) have a web-based access from the insurer to the Friss platform 
• Interfaces with various external sources are already in place from the platform, so that you do not have to invest in setting up these interfaces
• Several different customers are connected to the Friss Fraud Platform; each has their own environment, and all data, knowledge rules, incident files, etc. are fully protected.
